I ordered the tires on Monday. Was told Tuesday after lunch they would be put on. Arranged my schedule to get it done. They didn’t come in. Was told to prepare for Wednesday after lunch. They came in Wednesday morning but piles couldn’t give me a time on Wednesday. I was told to drop it off and piles would get to it sometime Wednesday afternoon. I didn’t have another way to go and had obligations and needed the vehicle. Finally got an appointment for Friday at 10 am. Was there about 9:50. Got the truck back at 1. 3 hours to do alignment and put tires on. Too long.

Excellent service

No complaints about the service (hitch installation on our new-to-us 2020 Equinox). However, we ordered the hitch through the service department for installation the day we picked up the vehicle only to find out that they should have ordered another trim package as well, so now we have to return to get the job finished. It would have been nice had they known what was needed at the time so I didn't have to make another trip, which is about 35 minutes one way for me.

the sales team did a good job I can't say the same about the Chevrolet order procedure.

Everyone was kind and courteous. They went out of their way to make sure my vehicle got finished even though I was late due to traffic and the last appointment of the day.

It was there nearly a month for a transmission replacement, that is fine. However, I got it back and the head lights don't work. Taking it somewhere else to replace.

I'm not ur normal usual customer , I do more preventative maintenance always , I'm very careful about my maintenance, I change things always b4 book says too , you already know this , I never change only **** part at at a time , last service was very good

My experience purchasing my new truck @ Piles Chevrolet was excellent from start to finish. The sales person I dealt with was Betty Morris and she was such a pleasure to do business with. From the first text to the final handshake she was great. I will definitely give her a 5 star rating.The day my wife and I arrived to pick up the truck we were very impressed with the look of the dealership and the friendliness of the employees. I will definitely be doing my vehicle shopping with them again in the future.

This service department does not keep well records. They stated that my seatbelt had not been fixed since 2022 and it has been fixed multiple times since then, but they said that it’s not in their records so they couldn’t get it fixed for me without me having to pay AGAIN. So I ordered the part and scheduled a time for me to come in to get it fixed along with getting my oil changed. I was waiting for 1 hour 30 mins when they told me they couldn’t fix my seatbelt because it’s a 2 hours job. So now it takes 1 1/2 hours to change oil?! What’s another 30 mins to get the seatbelt done in that time. So the whole point I created the appointment was to get my seatbelt fixed. I have been trying to get this seatbelt fixed since October 2024 and it is now July 2025 and I still have yet to get it fixed. They have to reschedule me to get it fixed. This company has poor customer service, cannot keep accurate records which has cost a loyal customer a lot of money and the loss of their loyalty to this dealership.

Oil change and tire rotation took 2.5 hours.

The vehicle was as described, had a verbal deal on a number. The deal sheet was not e-mailed; it was photographed and texted to me – I could not read it. I showed up when I said I would and somehow the price went up $500. I got the "Car Salesman" response that it was there just not where I could see it, I can add however, and it was where no one could see it – just not there. I typically walk away when this is done, However I do not think there are reputable Chevy Dealers in this country any longer, this dealer is a testament to that, and I simply did not want to spend any time looking for a vehicle. I did the paperwork and wrote a check, that’s all that was wanted was the money. I rated this higher than 1 star since the process was quick with the paperwork. I did ask the salesman for a simple ball cap on my way out the door, at least something for the $500 extra gross profit they made – I was told no. A $5 ball cap would have changed this whole review from a got taken to a misunderstanding, no empathy gets you less than 3 stars. I gave more than 1 star since I did not spend all day on the paperwork. The truck is nice, what I wanted, and the poor feelings about how this worked out will fade soon enough. I tell people all the time I am that dangerous customer; I am not going to make a scene – I just don’t come back.

I arrived at the dealership shortly before my appointment time. They took my car upon my arrival. I was out of there in an hour.

Professional, kept things moving without making you feel that they were rushing.

They were able to get my car into the shop at the scheduled time, and I had my oil changed, tires rotated, and the car freshly washed in just under an hour. The only issue I experienced was not being able to use my Chevy Rewards points toward the final bill. When I scheduled through the app, I selected the option to apply my reward points for a $58 discount, but that discount was not applied. I am not sure if this issue was related to the dealership or if it was a glitch with the Chevy app used to schedule the appointment.

I'm very happy with my experience at Piles. Chris in Sales and Matt in Finance were great. I was in and out with my new car in about an hour. I will recommend Piles to anyone looking for a new car!!
